He is not going to control me.
Not now, and never, ever again.
Every day I get stronger.
My Heavenly Father loves me.
My mother loves me.
My counselor, church, etc love me.
It was NOT my fault.

I just have to remind myself of that everyday, and anticipate justice to be served.
Plus, I am so grateful to be alive and for the things in my life!
